The Latest News from How The Weatherworks

How the Weatherworks is collaborating with Platypus Press on a math book for seventh grade to adult. Entitled "101 Things You Should Know About Math," the book showcases real-life math experiences, portrays why the math is important and explains how the math works. This provides the ofttimes missing link between theory and practice. The paperback (the second in a "101 Things" series) is due to be released in Spring 2006. "101 Things You Should Know About Science" is in print.

Look for a new middle school cloud chart around April 2006. The chart will feature the 10 basic cloud types and basic forecasting information. This chart complements the elementary and high school - adult cloud charts already available at the How the Weatherworks web store.
