How The Weatherworks Educational Philosophy

HTWW Banner

How The Weatherworks had this educational philosophy long before Al Gore stated it in a Washington Post "Kids Post" interview on October 26, 2000 (see http://www.washingtonpost.com/kidspost for a complete interview with both presidential candidates).

Mr. Gore, what was the best part of being a kid for you?

"Discovering new things. When you're a kid, every day you learn something new - whether it's how to hit a curveball and how to paint, to writing cursive and memorizing your multiplication tables. Even now as an adult, I try to keep my mind open to new ideas, and always to listen to the people I meet because you never know what you can learn."

We believe that if young children (ages pre-kindergarten through adult) have this outlook, learning will truly become a cornerstone of their lives.
