4th Street School, BOCES 167 South 4th Street Fulton, New York 13069 Hi, Our class would like to be weatherwatchers from the central New York area for Sky Awareness Week. Our school is located in the city of Fulton, New York. The latitude is 43.1 N, the longitude is 76.1 W, and the elevation is 426 feet. Fulton is about 12 miles south of Lake Ontario, so we can get lots of lake-effect snow some winters. The average snowfall is about 140 inches but we only got about 69 inches this past winter. Average temperatures range from 24 degrees in the winter to 68 degrees in the summer. It's fun to be outside in all four seasons. Earl and Kevin
