H. Michael Mogil is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) and a Certified Broadcast Meteorologist, (CBM)
Mike holds an M.S. degree in Meteorology from Florida State University and has worked on more than 180 cases, involving the writing of tailored localized weather reports, creating trial exhibits and videotapes, being deposed, and/or testifying at trial.
Mike has practiced meteorology for more than 50 years, working for NOAA and the National Weather Service and then establishing himself as an expert witness for legal and insurance cases. Mike has worked closely with educators across the country since 1979 providing programs for teachers and students in weather, coordinating a national weather camp program (NWXCP), and writing books and articles about weather.
